Write that note…

Is your Clean & Safe Team doing a great job? Did your supplier deliver something for you on time?  Did a Board Member do something to make your meeting go smoother?  Take time today to write a thank you note to them.

Sounds old school doesn’t it? In our technological age, it so easy to send a text, or an email to say thanks. Sure, an email or text is it quick and convenient, but what about penning a quick note and dropping it in the mail?  Besides the fact that most people like getting positive mail, a handwritten note card is powerful because the recipient knows it takes just a little more effort. It conveys that you have really thought about what was done for you.  

Your appreciation for the small and big things that are done in your district makes a huge impact on people.  Not only will they remember your appreciation, they will be more prone to continue doing good things because they know it will not go unnoticed by you. Here is a sample list of people that you can thank with a note card:
