We are an energetic team of people committed to making managing the operations of your district easier!

Established & Co-founded in 2017 by a former Executive Director of a California business improvement district, PBID Manager was designed from the start to specifically accept and represent the data that improvement districts are using every day.  Unlike other software tools that have modified and adapted their products to handle data for improvement districts, we were designed specifically for business improvement district data. We understand the requirements, frustrations and challenges that districts encounter because we’ve been there.

Our software was intentionally created to capture and present not just contacts, but vital assessment data, issues and incidents by address, parcel, tags and many other data pieces you need to get your job done.  We give you visual and reporting tools to make it easier for you to manage data so you can be out in your district doing what matters most.
