Why should you use PBID Manager Improvement District Software? To simplify your life!
I want to help you with something. Data should not be complicated. Property data, contact data, any data. The more you can simplify this process of managing data, the more time you can spend on other things that are vital for your district.
As an Executive Director or a Staffer you are busy. You really don’t have a lot of time to spend trying to learn how to use complicated CRM’s. I totally get it. This is why, as I continue to speak with Improvement Districts around the country, I realize there is a real need for the PBID Manager . Why? Because of it’s simplicity.

- Parcel/Property or Business Address or Lot Identification Number. Information that the city or county uses to identify who to assess.
- Owner Contact Information. Name, Phone, Email, Mailing Address or owners or property representatives
- Businesses on each Parcel/Property. For example: one strip mall with 6-10 Business) plus all their contact information (Name, Phone, Email, Mailing Address.
- Other Organizations that partner with the district. Think Vendors, Gov’t Agencies, Donors, District Partners etc.
Why use Improvement District Software?
With most CRM’s their main focus is on the “people” contact information. Many people will come and go from your organization as well as from your district. The data about the properties and businesses will essentially stay the same.Without some fancy footwork for most CRM’s, it can get complicated having to go back and associate “people” information to a particular property or business.
PBID Manager always starts with the core data first, which is “Property and Business Information”, then works out to the “People” information. This is really one of the biggest differentiators. It makes is easier to put data into an easy to read format when the core data is correct.
