Our Story

PBID Manager was born from firsthand experience of a co-founder and past executive director managing a Business Improvement District. We saw the challenges district managers faced—juggling multiple spreadsheets, struggling to track stakeholder engagement, and spending countless hours on administrative tasks that could be automated.

We built PBID Manager to solve these problems. Our platform consolidates all district information into one intuitive system, making it easy to manage contacts, track issues, generate reports, and communicate with stakeholders—all while on the go.
